1 - How long does it take to ship a product?
It will normally take us 2 to 5 business days to process & ship orders.  Our two busiest shipping periods of the year are:


January 5th - February 10th (Valentines Day Season)
November 1st - December 15th (Christmas Season) 

It will take 5 – 7 business days to process & ship orders during peak seasons.  

2 - Will anyone know what is in my parcel?
NO!  We package all our parcels discreetly in plain package.  No mention of the word lingerie will be on the outside of your package.  Your privacy is therefore protected.  Our Business Name will appear on the package simply as: FranBlass
 

3 - I do not have a credit card, what other types of payment do you accept?
Paypal:  In addition to Visa and Mastercard, we also accept payment via Paypal.
Interac E-mail Transfers:  a safe, secure and inexpensive way to pay for your purchases.  You will need an online Canadian bank account.  The bank will send an e-mail to our address:  lingerieforplussize@yahoo.com to confirm your Interac Email Money Transfer.  Here are a few Canadian Banks that offer Email Money Transfers:  Royal Bank (RBC), Bank of Montreal (BMO), Scotia Bank, CIBC, TD Canada Trust.  Contact your bank if it is not listed here to confirm that this service is available to you.


4 - If I pay for my order using a credit card, how will it show up on my credit card statement?

5 - Can I return my order?
According to the law, any garment that covers an intimate area is absolutely not returnable for your protection.  We therefore cannot offer exchange or refunds on thongs, g-strings, teddies, bras, bikinis, and other intimately worn apparel.

Should you find a manufacturing defect, you may return the purchased product, still unused, within 14 days after delivery.  See our section on Returns and Exchanges for more details.


6 - Do I have to pay taxes?

International customers:  You are exempt from all Canadian taxes.

Canadian customers:  add 6% G.S.T. and British Columbia customers also add 7.5% P.S.T. to your order


7 - Do I have to pay duty & tariff on products I purchase?
In order to provide a variety of lingerie, we deal with suppliers from both Canada and the USA.

To our Canadian Customers – Duty Free!

Items marked AL, FB, CQ are shipped from Canada – no duties apply to these products.  Duty will apply to products marked EM. 

To our US Customers – Duty Free!
Items marked EM are shipped from the US – no duties apply to these products but duties apply to all other items.

8 - Do you trade names and customer info with third parties?
NO.  We will never trade your info with third parties.

 

9 - Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.  A street address is required for delivery.
