All items are carefully inspected before shipment. Because of the personal nature of our products, we cannot generally offer exchange or refunds. Should you find a manufacturing defect, you may return the purchased product, still unused, within 14 days after delivery.

How Should the Returned Product Look?
- Must not be damaged in any way
- Must have the labels & tags attached

- Must be placed in the original packaging
- Must not have any odour
- Must not have been washed

If your return is received after the refund period has expired, we will issue a store credit, which can be used towards a future purchase at our stores.

Before Returning an Item, please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- All ‘Specials' on FranBlass Online Stores are Final Sale.
- We cannot accept returned items for "Clearance" or Sale Items.
- Items returned from the USA must include a note on the outside 
  of the package: "Returning Canadian Goods" or import duties 
  will be charged to you. The amount will be deducted from your refund
  if you have neglected to include this note.
- Your order will be refunded minus 10% of your total transaction for restocking and/or credit card charges

Items that CANNOT be returned:
- Thongs
- G-strings
- Teddies
- Bras
- Bikinis and
- any other intimately worn apparel

Items that cannot be returned also refers to any sets that include the items above, ie; babydolls with thongs, corsets with a panty etc.
Any garment that covers an intimate area is absolutely not returnable for your protection as well as our customer's protection. It is also the law.  

Return Address
Please send your package in a prepaid, insured and traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Contact FranBlass via email for return address information. info@lingerieforplussize.com

Wrong Address / Unclaimed Items / PO Box / Unauthorized Returns
Wrong Address
Please ensure that you provide us with your complete and correct address. If we ship an item and it is then returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will send your purchase again but shipping will have to be charged again.

Unclaimed Items
If a package is returned to us "unclaimed" by the delivery company, we will charge additional shipping before reshipping the order.

P.O. Boxes
As a general rule, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure that you submit a physical address.

Unauthorized Returns
If you choose to return an order without going through the proper authorization stated below, it will result in a 50% restocking charge, plus shipping cost that we incur.

"Shipping charges are not refundable".

How to Return an Order - Authorized Returns
- Complete the form below 
- We will respond with an Return Authorization (RA) number and
   instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Include your invoice # 
- Include details of your order
- Do not send your product back if you have not received an
   RA# from FranBlass via e-mail.
- Returns with an RA# must be received by us within 14 days 
   from original purchase date. Sorry we cannot extend the dates
   under any circumstances.
